I'd have a piece of a cheesecake, please!

OK, we celebrate at the weekend and it was great! I'll never forget this Saturday :) The Sunday was good, of course! My birthday celebrating will be on Saint Friday, hehe. But now I need a food and it's a... cheesecake! Yes, but I haven't seen this desert in my small stupid town, so that I'll cook it by myself. That will be funny! Give me some good recipe! Thanks ;)
